At Acegolfs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. If your purchase doesn't help your game, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pro-shop team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
